Recruited to develop and manage corporate internet department, responsible for development, promotion and maintenance of the company's various websites.
Developed a personally customizable login-based intranet. The interface was developed to accommodate future tool development and the flexibility of the system-controlled user access to these tools based on title, department/center or custom access. Built in moderator functions in the various tools allowed specified users to keep data up to date. Strong focus was placed on the development of a Customer Management System within the intranet. This system provided a centralized location to manage all aspects of the customer relationship. Users were able to do in-depth historical purchasing analysis and reporting, future forecasting and benchmarking, targeted marketing based on report suggestions, and expanded customer profiles and maintain logs of significant contact or marketing activity with the customer. |
